Earnestly Speaking: Blackberry Date Etiquette
“Blackberry Date Etiquette” is something that I’ve pondered for a long time. I decided to list a few suggestions of Blackberry Etiquette from my dating experience with my lovely Blackberry. This is a list of what you probably should do to avoid causing unnecessary discomfort to your date.
- Don’t have your Blackberry visible to your date, whether on your body and definitely NOT on the dinner table.
- Keep your Blackberry ringer on quiet or a very subtle ring.
- Please don’t wear an headset wired or bluetooth during your date.
- Do NOT text, email or take calls unless it’s an Emergency!
- If at all possible just leave your Blackberry at home or in the car if you don’t feel you can follow steps 1-4. Your date will appreciate you for doing so.
The steps listed above will increase the possibility of a successful and enjoyable date. I however, have not successfully followed any of the 5 steps listed above. So don’t do as I do, do as I write; I mean earnestly speaking what blackberry addict could?
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to All!
