Tips – Everydayhealth.com: An Awesome Calorie Counting Site!

I recently left Weight Watchers. I wanted to find something I could do daily and do for the rest of my life. I also wanted to find something free and flexible. I wanted something I could easily do for the rest of my life. I wanted to find a site that allowed me to change as life changes. After some research I have to say I found that wonderful site in www.everydayhealth.com.

This site is absolutely incredible and I highly recommend it. I find it very easy to use and it took me very little time to set up my account. I track my food intake and exercise daily on the site. I even created a blog that I use to track my daily exploits using the plan they set up for me.

I am very excited about using this site. I can’t wait to log in every day. The site has over 30,000 foods listed and you can create your own foods as well. There is lots of support for you. You can reach out to the other members as friends and/or join groups. I haven’t utilized that resource but plan to soon.

Give this site a try and you just won’t regret it. Trust me when I say that. It’s very helpful and it’s free too! How can you beat it? I honestly don’t know how you can lose using this site. I’m planning to use this for as long as I can. I absolutely love it and I hope you give it a try.

I've been on my weight loss journey since 2007. I was facing several medical conditions and seeing several specialists. The doctors told me to lose weight or face some very serious consequences. I decided to start losing weight. I've had many ups and downs on this journey. I've had two surgeries and several outpatient surgical procedures. I'm no weight loss expert but an average person.
