Winning Tips in the Weight Loss Battle – Don’t Give Up!

When you’re on your weight loss journey it can be a very difficult time. I know I’ve experienced many ups and downs as I’ve gone along. One thing I’ve learned is that when you’re down you can’t give up. I’ve said before to find ways to motivate yourself. Also you can’t let what’s going on in your life deter you from your weight loss goal.

I’m currently going through some health problems right now. I’m struggling with my exercise routine because physically I can’t do the things I did before. I’m doing what I can and listening to my body to not push too hard. Some days I only walk. It can be frustrating but it’s how things are right now. I haven’t given up and that’s what counts.

Life happens and you can’t let that distract you. Sometimes you may be in a plateau or actually gaining a few pounds. You still have to keep going. Don’t give up!!! You can do it!!! I’m here to encourage someone who is feeling frustrated and discouraged. I was feeling down this week and someone who I haven’t seen in a while wondered what happened to me because I was so much smaller. That helped to encourage me.

If you ride through the tough times and don’t quit it will help you in the long run. You will be mentally tougher and that makes a huge difference. Your mental endurance will help you to stay in the fight. I felt inspired to write this article this week. It also helps make me feel much better as well.  I’m encouraging myself and building my own mental toughness.

I will say this once again. Don’t give up! Hang in there! Not only can you do it but I can too!!! We will make our goals and ultimately be healthier and stronger. Yes we can!

Trying this tip will help you win the weight loss battle!

I decided to start losing weight. I've had many ups and downs on this journey. I've had two surgeries and several outpatient surgical procedures. I'm no weight loss expert but an average person. I've done lots of research and experimenting and found what works for me.
