I’ve been on my weight loss journey for a little over a year. I decided to add a weight loss challenge at the end of the year to mix things up. Sometimes a challenge can help to push you past a plateau or just help your weight loss performance. I want to finish the year strong so I decided to create this challenge.
The challenge starts September 1st and ends December 31st. During that time I’ve challenged myself to lose 25 pounds. That’s an average of approximately 2 pounds per week. I will be chronicling everything I eat and do. I will be working out about five days per week. My caloric intake will be between 1600 and 1800 calories per day.
I am challenging myself to be very strict and disciplined something I’ve been lacking lately. I’m ready to start this challenge right now. I’m focused and determined. I’ve given myself guidelines on how I want to do this challenge.
I’ve also made other goals for myself during this challenge. I want to go down a dress size as well. I want to be healthier and exercise more efficiently. I’m hoping to come out of this a new and improved person.
Once I meet this goal I’ll be treating myself to a weekend in Florida. I’m excited and can’t wait to get started. Wish me luck!
